Shell Fit Out Advisory Notice: 2008
Buyers with apartments or houses in Warsaw and Krakow should note that there are a large number of units due for completion in 2008. If you plan to rent your property you should be aware that prospective tenants will have a large choice on the market and as such we strongly recommend choosing the 'Classic Line' finish as a minimum and consider furnishing as these properties generally let faster and for more.
In making your decision consider how many developments in your area are completing at the same time as well as how many units in your development have been sold to foreign buyers and are therefore likely to be placed on the rental market at the same time.
