Guaranteed Cost Control. Managing builders in any country is a challenge but our experienced Project Managers know exactly how to keep work within budget and ontime. In fact we are so confident they can do it that we will guarantee the final price before we start work. If it costs more, we'll pay for it. On top of this we will also guarantee a date when your apartment will be ready and if we don't meet it, any work still outstanding is carried out completely free of charge.
